Refund & Policy

Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations post-dispatch. If the order is not shipped, you can go to your orders tab and cancel it from there. Once we receive the request, we initiate the refund, and the money is returned to your bank account within 3-5 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.

Discount vouchers and Loyalty points

Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and shall get treated as used if you cancel the order. If loyalty points were redeemed on orders, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Item/Wrong Product

Our shipments go through a rigorous quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case, if you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided, you can request a replacement or return within five days of receiving the order. Once we accept the return/exchange request, we recall the item and ship a replacement.

Note- If it is a case of replacement/exchange, it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the amount.

Caution: Do not accept the order’s delivery if the packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Refund Policy

We thank you & appreciate the purchase with us. We make all the efforts to provide the order placed as per the specifications & timelines. If we cannot ship the order due to any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the order gets cancelled and refunded.
